UK Agro Resort is situated in the Kluang
Modern Agriculture Project (Projek
Pertanian Moden Kluang)
under the auspices of the Ministry of Agriculture
and Agro-Based Industry, Malaysia. Located
in the southern state of Johor, Malaysia,
UK Agro Resort is near the town of Air Hitam
(Ayer Hitam), a place well-known for its
ceramic items and stalls selling local tidbits.
Air Hitam was a popular rest stop for travellers
travelling from Singapore and Kuala Lumpur.
UK Farm, which is located within the Agro
Resort, has the reputation of being Malaysia’s
largest goat and sheep farm, with 100 acres
of grazing land for 4000 sheep. It is a
self-sufficient and integrated farm practising
the most modern techniques in goat and sheep
rearing. In addition, we also have 3 acres
of passion fruit and an on-site passion
fruit manufacturing station.
A trip to UK Agro Resort will allow you
to escape the hectic urban lifestyle and
enjoy various recreational activities not
available in the city. What’s more,
it only takes an hour from Singapore via
the North South Expressway making this an
ideal opportunity for everyone to enjoy
a great getaway even if it’s just
during the weekend.
At UK Agro Resort we aim to make our visitors’
stay worth their while. In order to ensure
our visitors will have a splendid and memorable
time, UK Agro Resort offers a wide range
of facilities that can cater to your individual
needs such as a restaurant, a “farmer’s
market” themed souvenir shop, a conference/meeting
room, a camp site and karaoke.

a refreshing walk through our lush green
meadows, enjoy our breathtaking scenery
under the clear blue skies, and breathe
the cool fresh air by taking a leisure walk
around our passion fruit plantation. Be

| Chalet |
| The inspiration for our chalets came
from the ‘Long House’, a
traditional house found in the Iban
community, Sarawak. Built on stilts
and long corridors overlooking the vast
green meadows and the grazing pastures,
our intention is to gather people to
stay close to one another and commune
with each other. |

| Reception |
| We incorporate traditional and environmental
elements in most of our architectural
designs, so when you approach our reception
area, you will instantaneously notice
the vast amount of bamboo and bakau
wood used to construct the reception.

| Dining Hall |
| Our dining hall is built to resemble
a “kelong” and is decorated
with rattan lampshades, wood and plant
decorations. Our open air concept allows
visitors to enjoy their food and feast
their eyes on the scenic surroundings
simultaneously. |

| Meeting Room |
| Our spacious well-equipped meeting
room overlooks the spectacular view
of the entire UK Agro Resort, making
it the ideal place to hold meetings,
conferences or events. It can accommodate
up to 100 people, carpeted, air-conditioned,
and has projector and audio system facilities.
Moreover, catering is available upon
request. |

| Souvenir Shop |
Keeping in line with our traditional
and environmental design concepts,
our display racks are made using bamboo
and bakau wood. Visitors may purchase
goat-skin themed souvenirs, such as
jackets, pouch bags, hand bags, cowboy
hats, wallets, key chains and key
holders. We also carry an extensive
line of goat milk products such as
fresh goat milk, ice cream, and cosmetic
products. Visitors may also purchase
passion fruit products such as juice,
concentrate, jam, preserve and tarts.
