by UK Agrotourism Sdn. Bhd.
OFFER AND ACCEPTANCE
By submitting a completed order form, you
offer to purchase, on and pursuant to the
terms and conditions herein. We will acknowledge
receipt of your offer by an electronic confirmation.
Such acknowledgement does not constitute
an acceptance of your offer. Upon acceptance
of your offer we will send you an electronic
confirmation of such acceptance. Acceptance
or rejection of your offer shall be at our
sole discretion. If your offer is accepted
by us, each order for a separate product
shall constitute a separate contract between
you and us.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders
accepted by us in the event of unavailability
of stock without being liable to you for
any compensation. In the event we do exercise
our right of cancellation all sums paid
to us will be refunded to you free of interest.
PRICES
The price of the Products listed on the
Site is subject to change without prior
notice. The prices listed do not include
import duties, value added taxes, sales
taxes or other taxes which may be imposed
by the state/ authorities to which the products
may be delivered and also do not include
transportation/delivery charges. All duties,
fees or taxes, value added taxes, customs
fees and other charges, fees or taxes are
to be borne by you. You are only allowed
to sell the Products only at the price stipulated
by us. Failure to comply with this provision
would be a breach of the term herein and
the Distributors Rules and Regulations.
TRANSPORTATION/
SHIPPING CHARGES
Transportation/shipping charges are based
on package weight, size, volumetric and
distance, it can only be determined after
the delivery address is submitted by you.
• All prices are subject to 25% surcharge.
• Outskirt areas within Peninsular
Malaysia and East Malaysia. Additional surcharge
of RM 3.00 is applicable.
• Courier charges will be made known
to you through email after order confirmation.
DELIVERY TIME
Please allow 3-5 business days for deliveries
within Malaysia. We will only despatch your
order once we have received an acknowledgement
of payment from your good self. Orders will
only be shipped after the payment has been
cleared. Once the shipment is out, we will
furnish you with the Shipment tracking number
by e-mail.
RETURNS/ REFUND POLICY
Customers must inspect all product(s) ordered
and purchased at the time of delivery. Once
accepted by customer upon delivery, the
products delivered will be deemed to confirm
to such Purchaser’s order(s) and is/are
confirmed being received in good condition
and free from defect(s).

practice non-returnable policy except for
certain permitted or special situations.
Goods are returnable only if damaged during
shipping or is not in accordance with your
order or is not of merchantable quality.
Goods returned have to be in its original
condition with its original packaging and
accessories (if any) intact. Any products
claimed to be damaged or defective or short
supplied must be returned within 5 days
of receipt of the products.

UK AGRO RESORT
Accuracy: All prices, reservations,
prebooked products and services are correct
at the time of publication and are subject
to change at any time and from time to time
without prior notice.
Confirmation of Reservation:
The booking of room is confirmed after full
payment is made and after we issue you a
reservation number. Once confirmed, the
reservation cannot be cancelled and payments
made are not refundable.
Group Bookings: These
are governed by specific terms that vary
from time to time. Please contact us for
further details.
Payment: Reservations
must be paid in full when a booking is made.
In the event that the booking has not been
paid in full for any reason whatsoever,
we reserve the right to cancel the booking
and disallow you to check-in.
Deposit: A refundable
deposit of additional RM50 base on room
rate will be collected upon check-in for
incidental charges.
Room Check In: Check
in time is 2pm. Children aged 1 - 2 sharing
the room with parents on existing bed are
complimentary. It is chargeable at RM40 per extra mattress, one room limited
to 2 extra bed.
Room Check Out: Check
out time is 12pm sharp, check out thereafter
may result in a late departure fee or an
additional night being charged. Any damages/
lost incurred in chalets would be charge
according to the costs stated by UK Agro
Resort. All outstanding charges are to be
paid upon check-out.
Others:
• Rates are inclusive of 5% service
charge & 5% government tax.
• Room rates inclusive of breakfasts
and buggy services.
• Payment made by cash or any major
credit card is accepted.
